Thames Water retract their objection to SINC status

Under pressure from the SaveKSG Action Group, Peter John (Southwark Council and Cllr Anood Al-Samerai, Thames Water have removed their objection to our SINC ('Site of Important Nature Conservancy') status application for King's Stairs Gardens.  In a letter to Donna Spedding, Phil Stride from Thames Water said:
 
"We will not want to appear at the examination of the (SINC) plan or submit any further evidence, and are happy to await the inspectors ruling. In hindsight we regret making a representation."
